Amazing staff! Throughout the entire establishment, the staff really make you feel on holiday. They are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooftop restaurant had a wide selection of food and the staff was always there when needed.- The rooms, although on the smaller side, were comfortable and had a beautiful view over the river Nile and the shoreline of the city.

Some issues with the reception experience, where we were asked for our marriage certificate in a rude manner. However, this did not overshadow our overall enjoyable stay.
